An exclusive guided experience to soak up the magic atmosphere of Venice with an unique food tour, and the magnificent heartland of Prosecco wines at one of the region´s finest estates.
DAY 1
Flight Prague – Milan (or Venice, upon agreement), pick-up at the terminal and transfer towards the winery resort with our private minibus. We enjoy lunch on scenic Iseo lake by a premium producer of the famous "Franciacorta" sparkling wines or we can visit Verona historic center. Accommodation in an elegant winemaker estate and tasting dinner to savour a selection of starters and main courses prepared according to original recipes accompanied by local wines. DAY 2 Live Venice like a local with an unusual exploration of the unique city, starting from the scenic boat "vaporetto" and strolling among the main historic attractions all the way to Piazza San Marco. We will enjoy the lively back streets and charming canals with our exclusive street food tour to discover the most typical and unusual delicacies. In the late afternoon, return to our accommodation on the wine hills of Montello for dinner. DAY 3 Breakfast and visit of the vineyards nested on scenic hills made famous by the epic battles of 1st World War; guided tasting of different types of Prosecco and other noble wines, most notably the renowned Amarone della Valpollicella, one of the flagships of Italian wine excellence. Lunch with a “cheese experience” by a local cheese producer to discover the typical flavours of “Montasio”, “Bastardo del Grappa”, “Imbriago”, followed by a visit of another master of Prosecco wines located on scenic steep hills of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, proclaimed "European Capital of Wine Culture". Tasting dinner in a local family-run restaurant to complete our discovery of local recipes. DAY 4 After breakfast, transfer to discover the magnificent Valpollicella hills close to Verona, renowned for its magnificent red wines Valpollicella Ripasso and Amarone which we will enjoy by a family-run winery. In the afternoon, transfer to the airport in time for the return flights (we recommend Bergamo Orio al Serio). |
